Eric Lindsey Condra, 58

Eric Lindsey Condra, age 58 passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home on Monday, January 12.

Lindsey was born to the late Bobby Glen and Shirley Layne Condra and was a 1986 graduate of Bridgeport High School. He went on to build a career of more than 30 years as an electrician with Adman Electric, where he was widely respected for his skill, strong work ethic, and dedication to mentoring others. Lindsey took great pride in his trade and in the people he helped along the way.

A true outdoorsman, Lindsey had a deep love for nature. Hunting and fishing were his greatest passions, and he took great pleasure in sharing his love of the outdoors with friends and family. He especially enjoyed teaching outdoor skills to his son and his son’s friends, and was something of a naturalist with a deep appreciation for the world around him.

Above all else, Lindsey loved his family dearly. He is survived by his loving wife Kelly Trussell Condra, his daughter Emily Jourdan Condra, and his son Caleb (Kelsey) Condra. He was a beloved father figure to Hunter (Kayla) Zeman, who he loved as a son. He was a proud grandfather to Karsyn Blakely Condra, Brentley Zeman, Braxton Zeman and Zoey Walls, a proud brother to sister Angela (Bob) Condra Rogers, his brother-in-law Allen (Kim)Trussell, and was also survived by several beloved nieces, nephews and many friends.

Lindsey was loved by all who knew him and will be remembered for his sunny disposition, kind heart, and great sense of humor. His warmth, laughter, and generous spirit will be deeply missed.

Funeral services were held on Friday, January 16 at 1 p.m. at the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home, with Pastor Kelly Schrader who officiated.

Interment was held at Whitwell Memorial Cemetery in Whitwell.

Visitation was also held on Thursday, January 15 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Friday, January 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., prior to the funeral service in the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home being hosted.

Pallbearers were Bart Nelson, Tom Thomas, Hunter Zeman, Evan Rogers, Caleb Condra and Eric Scott.

Honorary Pallbearers were David Roberts and cousins.

Arrangements were entrusted to Rogers Funeral Home, Jasper Chapel, 21 East Fifth Street, Jasper, Tennessee 37347. 423-423-2682.
