Shirley Marie Roberts, 66 of Palmer, Tennessee was called home on Saturday, December 27. She was born on November 12, 1959 in Coalmont, Tennessee to Louie Roberts and Shirley Parsons. Marie lived a life full of love, laughter, and light. She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great‑grandchildren who were the center of her world. Her home was always filled with stories, jokes, and the kind of warmth that made everyone feel welcome.
She had a deep love for flowers and a personality that could brighten any room she entered. Marie was known for her outgoing spirit, her gift for storytelling, and her remarkable sense of humor. She had a way of making people laugh, lifting spirits, and turning ordinary moments into memories. Marie leaves behind a legacy of joy, kindness, and love that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Marie is preceded in death by her father Louie Roberts, mother Shirley Parsons, brother Billy Hobbs and sister Sheila Hobbs.
Left to cherish her memories are her son Ricky Caleb Keener, daughters Kathy (Chris) Seabolt and Talina (Michael) Pennington, brothers Lester (Grace) Layne, Jesse Roddy and Alec Roberts, sister Frances Roberts, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
There will be a memorial service at a later date.
