In this October 1934 image, South Pittsburg Firechief John Milton Humble along with other members of the fire department pose on their new fire truck to promote Fire Prevention Week. Behind them is the United States Stove Company which took up an entire block of Cedar Avenue. John M Humbe was born on the 15 of January 1881 and passed away on the 29 of November 1960.
