Lindner, being a Substitute Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated March 5, 2021, recorded March 18, 2021, in Book 540, page 169, in the Register’s Office of Marion County, Tennessee (the “Deed of Trust”), executed on behalf of AV Holdings LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, hereby give notice that the sale of the property described therein scheduled for Friday, January 9, 2026, at 12:00 noon, is hereby adjourned to Friday, February 6, 2026, at 12:00 noon. All other terms and conditions of the sale will be as advertised on www.foreclosurestn.com, beginning on December 18, 2025, and as published in the Marion Tribune on December 18, 2025, December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026.
