The city of Whitwell will be hosting its four day Labor Day events, starting on Friday, August 29 with a Movie in the Park event to be held around dusk. Additional activities include a car show and beard contest on Saturday, August 30, live music to be hosted on Sunday, August 31, and the Labor Day parade, burnout contest, as well as mud bog on September 1. All events are subject to change.
