The Bentley Buchanan Bash will be held on Saturday, July 27 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the park behind Marion County High School. There will be lots of fun including vendors, games, food trucks, music, a butterfly release at 2 p.m., a 3k fun run with surprises at 4 p.m., and a wiffle
4th of July Celebration – the City of Bridgeport will begin their festivities at 6 p.m. with the Bottom Holler Band in downtown Bridgeport. Fireworks will begin at dark. The city will be selling chances for prizes and all proceeds will go to the Trail of Tears event hosted by the city in September.
**UPDATED LOCATION due to heat/weather** Whitwell Education & Heritage Center Gospel Night will host a Gospel Night to be held at Whitwell Middle School Auditorium on June 29th at 6 p.m. Tickets are $20 with 12 and under Free. You can purchase tickets at City Hall or find other options on their Facebook page.
