Richard and Caitrin Morales of Marion County have been named Citizens of the Week by Jasper Memorial Post 6362 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Jasper. Their pride and patriotism merit a Certificate of Appreciation from the VFW and its members for keeping their American flag flying daily.
