Jasper Memorial Post 6362 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars has recognized Sammy Pickett and Reba Henry of Powells Crossroads for flying the American flag in front of their home every day. Keeping the national colors waving daily demonstrates their patriotism and is deserving of the VFW’s Certificate of Appreciation.
