Kanti’s Bar & Grill, located near downtown Jasper has recently celebrated its two-year anniversary providing the community with an assortment of authentic Mexican dishes.
Kanti’s Bar & Grill was established back in 2023 with one goal in mind: to bring authentic Mexican dishes to the community. Robert Delgado, owner and manager of the restaurant, explained that he and his team strive to provide customers with unique flavors that are well prepared, helping the business stand out among other restaurants throughout the county . He expressed that his team of chefs and waiters, in addition to support from the community have significantly helped the business grow into what it is today.
Delgoado and other employees of Kanti’s hosted a public celebration that featured specials on different dishes and margaritas, as well as a live mariachi band that performed during the evening hours. Delgoado explained the celebration was formed as a means of giving back to the community and to thank all customers for their support making Kanti’s a reality, especially long after opening its doors.
“To me, it’s like I’m giving back to the customers for all the support that they gave to us since we opened this back two years ago,” said Delgado.
Kanti’s contains a large selection of dishes for visiting customers to choose from, including street tacos, fajitas, shrimp cocktail, and its popular Mexican style corn on the cob appetizer. With passion and dedication, all involved continue to create authentic dishes and an inviting atmosphere for new and recurring customers, a goal which they look to accomplish for years to come.
