Kimball Christian Academy recently held its yearly breakfast event to honor the grandparents of all the academy’s students.
Hosted once every September to coincide with Grandparents Day , the breakfast was established for students to spend time with their loved ones during early school hours while enjoying various food items during breakfast time. Jesi Hoschar, principal of Kimball Christian Academy, explained the event was first held back in 2023, just a year after the academy opened its doors.
Kimball Christian Academy is a Category V based private school dedicated to providing students various academic programs built within a religious foundation. Currently, the academy hosts classes for grades pre-k through ninth grade, with plans to add in both 11th and 12th grades in future school years. Upon first opening, the school had 40 students in attendance, with it now having 120 students participating.
The academy had a successful turnout for this year’s breakfast, as family members from all around the surrounding area came together in celebration of Grandparents Day, while enjoying different food items within the early hours of the day.
