On September 8, Serenity on the Farm (SOF) officially opened their doors for aged loved ones, providing them with a tranquil and picturesque place to spend their remaining years in comfort and serenity.
This peaceful residence is situated on a secluded 2000-acre farm, nestled at the foothills of the mountains amidst a scenic landscape just outside of South Pittsburg at 544 Gilliams Cove Rd.
SOF is a non-medical facility designed to accommodate a maximum of nine clients at any given time, providing them with a peaceful residence until the end of their lives. The main objective is to ensure clients experience the highest level of comfort in a homely environment. Additionally, a range of amenities is available to enhance their stay.
These amenities include personal care services, aquatic therapy, access to a fully equipped kitchen with daily freshly prepared meals and menu options, round-the-clock technician and on-call nursing support, laundry services, daily scheduled activities, monthly salon/barber services, weekly church services, daily house cleaning, and various other activities aimed at improving residents’ well-being. Lastly, hospice care will be accessible when needed.
