Sandra K. Beene, 74 of South Pittsburg was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 9. On August 1, 1950, she was born to the late John Munsey and Evelyn Henderson Munsey. Sandra was married to David H. Beene before his death and was a member of Jasper First Baptist Church. She was a Computer Programmer for BCBS. Sandra loved gardening, the beach and four wheeling. Sandra volunteered at the library, food bank, and church. She loved both her family and church family with all her heart.
Sandra is preceded in death by her father John Munsey, mother Evelyn Henderson Munsey and husband David H. Beene.
Left to cherish her memories are her sister Theressa (Bruce) Anderson Ballew, niece Megan Jacobs (Cody Wayne), along with many special friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 14 at 2 p.m. at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Greg Steele who officiated.
Pallbearers were Cody Jacobs, Bruce Ballew, Troy Boeck and Mike Winnie.
