Jasper Memorial Post 6362 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars recently selected Sam Kennedy of Marion County as their Citizen of the Week for keeping the American Flag waving in front of his home daily. His patriotism and pride merits the VFW’s Certificate of Appreciation for keeping the national colors of red, White and blue waving every day.
