Phyllis Ann (Dover) Miller, 72 of Jasper went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 15. She was born in Rossville, Georgia to the late Nancy Evans and Allen Dover. She graduated from Rossville High School and loved doing crafts and loved flowers. Phyllis lived life with vibrance and energy, never meeting a stranger. She had a special gift for making friends wherever she went, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she encountered. Her warmth, laughter, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She had a deep love for her three precious dogs, whom she spoiled every chance she had. They brought her great comfort and happiness and were truly part of her family. Phyllis will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her kind heart, and the love she shared so freely. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her father Alfred Allen Dover, mother Nancy Helen Billingsley, brother Kenneth Dover and sister Joyce Billingsley.
Left to cherish her memories are her son Stacy Lamar (Jessica) Teeters, daughter Shannon Michelle (Sean) Horton, grandchildren Alisha (Buddy) Bryan, Jordan (Anthony) Hammond, Hunter Teeters, Jordan Teeters, Sway Lewis and Ava Teeters, as well as several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
In accordance with her wishes, no viewing or funeral service was held. Cremation has since taken place.
