Michael Edward White, Sr., 55, of South Pittsburg, passed away on Sunday, February 16.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, George White.
Survivors include his wife, Adale White; mother, Phyllis White; children, Kayla Johnson White and Mikey (Ami) White; grandchildren, Caden Johnson, Nora White, and Shyanna Young; siblings, George White Jr., Terry White, Kevin (Cheryl) White, Jackie (Chastity) Reames, Jordan (Lyndsey) Reames, Sherry Worley, Robby and Jimmy Johnson, Clayton and Tammy Reames; and lots of nieces, nephews and friends.
Michael was married to his wife, Adale White, for 36 years. She adored and loved him so much. He loved to be outside in nature. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and riding our Razr. He also enjoyed playing golf with his brother, Kevin, and when he was done with golf, he would come straight home to putt a little in his building or in the yard. Then he would come get his guitar and play it and sing songs to me until his fingers hurt.
Michael was the best husband, father, pawpaw and son. He loved his wife, kids, grandbabies and would have done anything for them. He also loved his momma, Phyllis White, and his three brothers. He really enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Michael worked for the city of South Pittsburg for 29 years. He was a dedicated, hard-working man and always put his best foot forward because he didn’t believe in doing things halfway. He will forever be in our hearts and will be missed more than he would ever know. I hope he’s looking down and seeing how much he is loved and missed. We love you forever and always.
