This postcard from the 1940s shows the cabins that tourists stayed in during their visit to the Martin Springs Tourist Camp. Thorton Martin, and later his two daughters, Beulah and Ann, owned and operated the camp that was located on U. S. 41. Interstate 24 was routed through the area in the mid-1960s and the resort died due to the lack of business.
