Kirk H. and Marchie K. Bubul, of Kimball, departed this life on Monday, July 8, as they had spent the last fifty plus years, they were together. It was their favorite way to be. Their joy in one another, laughter and sincerity will be missed by all their family, friends and neighbors.
Marchie Knittle Bubul was born on May 30, 1942, to the late Nanibel and John Knittle. She grew up in South Pittsburg, Tennessee and always spoke fondly of her childhood adventures, especially the ones with her dear cousin Ginger Raulston Brady. Marchie obtained a Master of Education Degree from Western Kentucky University. She taught in several states throughout her career. Teaching reading was her specialty. After retirement and moving back to Kimball, Marchie taught classes at Chattanooga State Technical Community College. An avid reader, she loved architecture, politics, sewing and beautiful flowers.
The life of Marchie K. Bubul made a difference to those who knew and loved her. Their dedication to each other will be long remembered. Marchie is preceded in death by her father, John J. Knittle; mother, Nanibel Hodge Knittle and husband, Kirk H. Bubul.
Left to cherish her memory are many special friends and relatives.
