Kevin Thomas of Whitwell was recently named their Citizen of the Week by Jasper Memorial Post 6362 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars for flying the American flag in front of his home every day. His patriotism and pride in our nation are deserving of the VFW’s Certificate of Appreciation for his dedication in keeping the stars and stripes waving daily. Mr. Thomas, also a war veteran, displays his service flags and the Tennessee State flag as well.
