Joel Smith has been named Veteran of the Month for January at the Signature Healthcare facility in South Pittsburg. Mr. Smith is a U.S. Navy veteran who served aboard the USS Edward McDonnell, FF-1043. He was presented a proclamation by Post Commander Bob Collins recognizing him for his outstanding service to our nation.
