Experience the magic and classic family fun ice skating at the Jasper Downtown Square. An ice skating rink will open starting November 18, with the following hours of operation: Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m., Fridays 4 p.m. – 10 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., and Sundays 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. The rink will be closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Admission will be $7.50 per adult, and $5.50 for children 12 and under, paid by either cash or card. Skate rental is included in the pricing and skaters are permitted one hour at a time.

The rink will be made of synthetic ice so that everyone can skate no matter the temperature. Word is already buzzing around the town of Jasper and with nearly 200 comments on Facebook and almost 600 likes the rink is sure to make a big impression this holiday season. Santa and Mrs. Claus will even attend opening day, greeting skaters from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
