Glenda Jane Eagle, 75

Glenda Jane Eagle, 75 of South Pittsburg was called home on Thursday, October 16. On April 21, 1950, she was born to Earnest Foster Potter and Bonnie Romines Potter in South Pittsburg. Glenda was married to William Jerry Eagle until his death. She loved and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, as well as enjoyed doing latch hook projects.

Glenda is preceded in death by her father Earnest Foster Potter, mother Bonnie Romines Potter, husband William Jerry Eagle and brother Johnny Potter.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons Paul Lamar Guess and Larry (Dianna) Guess, brother Paul Potter, grandchildren Kali (Scott) Sewell, Bonnie (Josh) Williamson, Tara (Casey) Croft, D’Artagnan (Riley) Guess, Lilliana Guess, Jade Guess and Danielle Guess, several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, lifelong best friend Vernie Anthony and many other family members and special friends.

Visitation was on Sunday, October 19 from 12 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper.

Funeral services were also held on Sunday, October 19 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, with Pastor Jeff Nelson and Pastor David Berry who officiated.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Tate Funeral Home, LLC, 950 Mel Dixon Lane, Jasper, Tennessee 37347, 423-942-9500.
