Beginning Monday, November 3 through Monday, November 17, enrollment for the Marion County Sherriff’s Department’s annual Christmas for Kids program will be held. Enrollment requirements include proof of income and identification, not already registered through other Christmas programs, as well as being a resident of Marion County. Tennessee Highway Patrol will be conducting two Sobriety Checkpoints on Friday, November 7 on State Route 108 at Pocket Road, and on Friday, November 21 on State Highway 27 at Tanner Trail. Both checkpoints will be conducted at 9 p.m. and are contingent upon manpower and weather conditions.
The 2025 Little Debbie Hamilton County Fair will be held on Friday, November 7 until Sunday, November 9 at Old McDonald Farm in Sale Creek, Tennessee.
