The National Cornbread Festival will be held Saturday & Sunday, April 27th & 28th in downtown South Pittsburg. $10 per day admission at the gate. Pre-School children, free. The carnival starts on Tuesday, April 23rd with wristbands Tuesday - Thursday. Friday and Saturday will be tickets only for the carnival. Street dance Friday, April 26th.

Crossroads Ruritan Club Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser, Sunday, April 28th, 12:30 p.m. at the Sulphur Springs Global Methodist Church, 329 Sulphur Springs Rd, Whitwell. Donations support the Ruritan Club.
