The National Cornbread Festival will be held Saturday & Sunday, April 27th & 28th in downtown South Pittsburg. $10 per day admission at the gate. Pre-School children, free. The carnival starts on Tuesday, April 23rd with wristbands Tuesday - Thursday. Friday and Saturday will be tickets only for the carnival. Street dance Friday, April 26th.

26th Annual Pancake Breakfast at the National Cornbread Festival, hosted by the South Pittsburg Rotary Club, Sunday, April 28th from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the NCF. Crossroads Ruritan Club Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser, Sunday, April 28th, 12:30 p.m. at the Sulphur Springs Global Methodist Church, 329 Sulphur Springs Rd, Whitwell. Donations support the Ruritan Club.
