The Chattanooga Zoo will be hosting its Frights & Pints event on Thursday, October 23 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event is only open to those 21+ in age, and ticket prices vary for both zoo memners and non-members. Marion County’s EAA Chapter 1560 is hosting Free Airplane Rides for children ages eight to 17 years old on Saturday, October 25 at the Marion County Airport. Removing the Labels, a non-profit organization based in Monteagle, is set to host their first annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 25 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Hannah Pickett Park. Food trucks and vendors will be present, and trick-or-treating is welcomed during the event.

The Marion County High School Class of 2000 will be hosting its 25th Reunion on Saturday, October 25 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 350 Hoyt Roberts Road.
Powells Crossroads yearly Trunk-or-Treat will take place on Saturday, October 25 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. directly in the downtown on 105 Highway 27. All are invited and welcomed to attend.
Tennessee Justice Center, a nonprofit for advocating for TennCare/Medicaid and SNAP recipients, will be presenting a session on the potential outcomes in Marion County when the changes come about under the Big Beautiful Bill Act. The session is to be held on Monday, October 27 at 6 p.m. in the auditorium of Jasper Middle School.
