Eldon Gene Holder 90, of Whitwell, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023. He retired from Cannon Corporation. Eldon was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Sue Holder; father, Charles Holder; mother, Nattie Lee Holder and twelve siblings.
Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Eddie (Luba) Holder of Pikeville, Sharon (Grover) Privett of Whitwell and Micheal Holder of Whitwell; grandchildren, Joy Lee, Christopher (Nikki), Crystal (Doug), Amy (Jason), Phil, William (Michelle) and Blake (Amber); great grandchildren, Caleb, Gavin (Carley), Chasten, Kaylin, Reed, Camryn, Luther, Cameron, Jourdan, Cole, Amber and Alex; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral service was held Friday, July 21 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Michael Shrum officiating. Interment followed at Condra Memorial Cemetery.
