Donald Lockhart has been named Veteran of the Month by Jasper Memorial Post 6362 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. Lockhart is a resident at the Valley View Assisted Living Center in Whitwell. He is a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Cuban Missile Crisis in the early 1960’s. The VFW thanks Mr. Lockhart for his service to our nation to preserve and protect our liberty and freedom.
