Jasper Memorial Post 6362 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars has selected David Decker of Jasper as their Citizen of the Week for flying the American flag in front of his home every day. His outstanding citizenship is demonstrated by keeping the national colors proudly waving daily, and merits the presentation of the VFW’s Certificate of Appreciation from Post 6362 and its members.
