The Whitwell fishing teams competed in both High School and Junior Divisions at Chickamauga Lake on October 14.
Ethan Castle and Adam McDougal
With 135 boats total in the Senior Division, Ethan Castle and Adam McDougal finished in 8th place with 9.68 lbs, one of those fish weighing 4.14 lbs. They received a $100 check. Castle and McDougal are now ranked 5th among the 250 teams in the Southeast Tennessee Bass Nation Region.
Also in the Senior Division, Allie Powell and Bentley Webster finished 15th with one fish weighing 6.66 lbs, and the other 3.75 lbs. Placing 28th place in the High School Division were Reed Holloway and Avery Robinson catching 4.45 lbs.

Of the 37 boats in the Junior Division, Cooper Sanders and Ryker Owens finished in 7th place with a fish weighing 2.09 lbs.
