During the meeting, the board discussed the inclusion of “B’s Towing and Recovery,” owned by Brandon Quarles, on Kimball’s “Wrecker List” for light and medium-duty tows. Vice Mayor Jerry Don Case informed the board that he had conversed with the police chief and verified additional details with Quarles, who was present at the meeting. Quarles assured the board that his company would serve Kimball and store wrecks at a location outside the city limits.
Vice Mayor Case also mentioned that the police chief indicated a need for a wreckage towing services company and that there was an available opening for such services. He then proposed to approve Quarles’ company for this purpose, a motion that was seconded by Alderman John Matthews and Teresa Lofty. The board unanimously voted to confirm and approve B’s Towing and Recovery for wreckage services in Kimball moving forward.
