Jasper Memorial Post 6362 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars has selected Brian Stupec of Whitwell as their Citizen of the Week for flying the American flag in front of his home daily. He was presented a Certificate of Appreciation from the VFW for his outstanding citizenship and pride in our nation by keeping the national colors waving every single day.
