Beverly D. Johnson, 63, of South Pittsburg was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 9. On February 28, 1962, she was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Hugh Turner and Elsie Belk Turner. Beverly married Ken Johnson with whom she had 3 sons. She loved her family and spent her early years raising her family. She was a very good mother. Beverly attended The Family Worship Center Nazarene Church of South Pittsburg.
Beverly is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Greg Turner; and sister, Sharon Mansourian.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Ken Johnson; sons, Todd (Nicole) Johnson, Justin (Amanda) Johnson, Nick Johnson, brother Lee Turner; grandchildren, Luke, Eli, and Caleb; several other family members and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper.
A graveside service will be on Wednesday, March 12 at 1 p.m. at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper with Pastor David Berry officiating.
Pallbearers are Justin Johnson, Todd Johnson, Luke Johnson, Lee Turner and Nick Johnson.
